Homebound Delivery Policy

The Homebound Delivery Service provides library materials to current Seekonk residents with permanent or temporary (3 weeks or longer) physical disabilities that prevent visiting the library.

A delivery volunteer (subject to CORI check), will deliver and return library materials at a mutually available time.

Homebound Delivery participants must have a SAILS library card in good standing. Deliveries will be made to residents of Seekonk only.

To begin as a participant,

  1. Complete the online application form or print and send the Homebound Delivery Application (PDF).
  2. You will be contacted by library staff for review and additional information.
  3. If approved, when a request is received a delivery volunteer will be contacted for your first delivery, typically within one week of when the item is available at the Seekonk Public Library.
